Guruji: “Yoga is possible for anybody who really wants it. Yoga is universal. Yoga is not mine. Don’t approach yoga with a business mind, looking for worldly gain. If you want to be near God, turn your mind toward God and practice yoga.”

100% of all proceeds goes to our teachers and our non-profits.

We offer Delicious Dharma on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30, and Vinyasa Flow and Astanga on Sundays.

Update:  It is with great sadness to report that we will not be offering FLYoga indefinitely. We have appreciated the support and enthusiasm of our students over the years and hope to come back bigger and better in the future. Thank you so much to our amazing students!!!! We will miss you and your smiles dearly. Much love and gratitude.

FLYoga is a full body fitness work-out. This class uses an aerial yoga hammock for suspensions, inversions, swings, and core balance. Our class is centered to work your whole body to develop strength, flexibility, motor dynamics, spinal alignment, endurance, reflex sharpness and balance. This is a 1.25-hour class.

Every Saturday at 6am…feed the homeless.

In keeping with ra Yoga’s commitment to the community, we will begin our Saturday mornings by feeding those less fortunate then ourselves. If you wish to help out we will be leaving the ra loft at 6:00am. Food donations are welcome (e.g., beans, lentils, fresh veggies, ground coffee, cups, bowls, spoons).
